Shure MX395AL/BI Microflex Figure-8 Low Profile Boundary Conference Microphone is a professional surface-mount condenser microphone designed for conference rooms, boardrooms, meeting tables, corporate AV systems and other installed-sound applications.

The MX395AL/BI features a bidirectional figure-8 polar pattern, making it well suited for table installations where sound needs to be captured from two opposite directions. Its compact low-profile design keeps the microphone visually discreet, with only approximately 1.25 inches in diameter visible above the mounting surface.

This model uses an electret condenser design with a 50 Hz to 17 kHz frequency response, approximately 170-ohm output impedance, and balanced 3-pin XLR output. It operates on 11–52V DC phantom power and is engineered for professional installed audio systems.

Shure’s CommShield technology helps reduce RF interference from mobile phones and other wireless devices, making the MX395AL/BI especially suitable for modern conference rooms, corporate meeting spaces, government facilities and education environments.
