UpBright.online offers you the option to buy online and pick up in the store, with no shipping fee incurred. Here’s how it works:
Place your order to be picked up in the store online
a. Add your own shipping carrier account ID and related information on Notes
b. Email your shipping label to customerservice@UpBright.online
The selected store receives your order
Your merchandise is selected from the store’s current inventory and prepared for ship
When your order is ready for pickup
For most store locations, if your order is placed by 3PM in your local time zone, it will be ready for pickup that day. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
How long you have to pick up your order
After the store notifies you that your order is ready for pickup, it will be held for seven days. If your order isn’t picked up within seven days, your order will be cancelled and your account will be issued a full refund.
