Shure MX410/C Microflex 10-Inch Cardioid Gooseneck Microphone with Surface Mount Preamp is a professional installed-sound microphone designed for conference rooms, boardrooms, podiums, lecterns, classrooms and commercial AV systems.

The MX410/C features a flexible 10-inch / 25.4 cm gooseneck and a cardioid condenser capsule, providing focused speech pickup while helping reduce unwanted background sound and feedback. The longer 10-inch neck provides additional positioning flexibility compared with shorter Microflex models, making it especially suitable for podiums, conference tables and lecterns.

This model includes the Shure MX400SMP surface-mount preamplifier, allowing the microphone to be securely installed through a conference table, podium or other flat surface. A bi-color LED status indicator at the base of the gooseneck supports professional conferencing and room-control installations.
