Shure MX392/O Microflex Omnidirectional Boundary Conference Microphone is a professional surface-mount condenser microphone designed for conference rooms, boardrooms, meeting tables, distance-learning spaces, houses of worship and commercial AV installations.

The MX392/O features an omnidirectional pickup pattern, allowing it to capture speech and sound evenly from multiple directions around the microphone. This makes it especially useful for center-of-table conference applications, group discussions and meeting spaces where multiple participants need to be picked up by a single tabletop microphone.

The microphone includes a programmable silent membrane switch, LED status indicator, TTL logic LED input, and TTL logic switch output, enabling integration with compatible mixers, DSP systems, automatic mixers and room-control systems. The switch can be configured for Push to Talk, Push to Mute or Push On/Push Off operation.

The MX392/O uses an electret condenser element with a 50 Hz to 17 kHz frequency response, approximately 180-ohm actual output impedance, and operates from 11–52V DC phantom power. It includes an attached approximately 12 ft / 3.7 m unterminated cable with rear cable exit, designed for custom professional AV wiring and fixed installations.
